Employee Handbook Build Request

Welcome to the Employee Handbook build form 

There is typically a timeline of 2 weeks for building your Employee Handbook, starting from the date this form is completed and submitted to Zywave. This timeline is for one handbook submission. If there is more than one handbook form submitted, your Zywave Implementation Consultant will work with you to determine a project timeline. Please note that incomplete information—including missing supporting documentation (employee counts)—may delay this timeline. 

You can save your progress at any time and return later before submitting, by selecting Save and Continue Later. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from Zywave. 

After the Employee Handbook form is submitted, an Implementation Consultant will contact you to schedule a call to review the handbook.
